Brand new custom made billet herb grinder belt buckle detailed with a shiny look. This buckle is approx 2 1/2 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches wide. The grinder is removable from the buckle as seen in the second photo. There is only one company in the world making these buckles and they hold 9 patents on the buckle process.
Why is the billet buckle so expensive? This is due to the nature of billet machine production time involved in making each part. Each billet piece requires much more handling and time to cut individually, versus casting a large number of identical pieces at one time. The billet results in a piece that is much more polished and is much stronger and durable.
